Cold, Comforting

Cold, Comforting Let me fade In a blanket of white Wrapped in cold, comforting Let me sit Absorbed into silence And breathe frozen whispers Let me settle And drift in quiet repose To a chill nothingness _____________________________ There is such peace in snows that lie untouched, freshly fallen, blown and shaped in drifts.
