Unsettled Status

Unsettled Status I have lived here for 30 years. Prove it and allay our fears. But my children are British passport holders. We'll see about that as they get older. My parents came here when I was three. But you are still a foreigner to us you see. I've paid my national insurance, bills and tax. Sorry, we're still sending you back. But my family, my job, my life, my friends. Adios, au revoir, auf wiedersehen, arrivederci, this is where it ends. You can't kick me out, this is just not fair. Well send us an email of complaint, When you arrive back 'there'. _________________________________ It is an absolute scandal and a disgrace that EU nationals who have lived in, worked and contributed to Britain and its economy are being made to feel the victim of Brexit. Many domiciled here for years, married with children, have had to submit countless documents, tax records, P60s, bank statements, etc to prove they are resident in the UK. And still it is not enough. Many are being told their application to remain has been rejected. 'Not enough evidence'. This government should be utterly ashamed. These people are not criminal, but you are making feel stressed, anxious, frightened and unwelcome in the UK. Perhaps that was the plan all along.
