I rode my bike to be mindful. To appreciate the here and now, the beauty of the world around me, the freedom of movement and a connection with nature, the elements, embracing gravity up and down hills. I cycled in a state of calm repose. Mindful of my prescence and accepting of all I encountered. I returned refreshed and relaxed and invigorated.
